Students today can’t succeed without access to technology

INK! is bridging the digital divide with the SJC Digital Literacy program

What is SJC Digital Literacy?

Started in October 2021 with a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, this program teaches critical digital literacy skills to families in need.  Students learn to use educational technology successfully in school and at home, and parents learn the tools to stay engaged with their student’s academic path.

INK! helps low-income families from ten SJC elementary and middle schools get access to computers and internet, and educates them on how to use the essential digital tools provided by the district, including:

  • Schoology
  • Home Access Center (HAC)
  • Office 365
  • Online textbooks

Access to technology is a need–not a luxury–in 2022.  Donate and help us prepare kids for college and the modern workplace.
