The Board of Directors of the St. Johns County Education Foundation doing business as Investing in Kids (INK!) hosts regular meetings throughout the school year. The public is welcome to attend Board meetings to learn more about the programs, services, and resources INK! provides to St. Johns County public schools, students, and teachers and to offer public comment. The October INK! Board Meetings will be held in-person.
October 2023 INK! Board Meetings
- INK! Executive Committee will meet in person on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 8:00 am in the 1st Floor Conference Room, St. Johns County School District Office, 40 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
- Items on the Agenda include: proposed revisions to the INK! Bylaws, discussion of Florida Sunshine Laws, recent awards of the New Worlds Reading Initiative and State Matching Grant Funds from the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations and the Florida Department of Education.
- INK! Board of Directors will meet in-person and virtually by Zoom on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 8:30 at the St. Augustine and St. Johns Board of Realtors Conference Room, 1789 Lakeside Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32084. - Items on the Agenda include review of the minutes from the Executive and Finance Committee meetings on October 17, 2023, update on the progress of the Resiliency Through the Community Cycle 3 project, award of the New Worlds Reading Initiative to INK! from the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations, recent fundraising efforts and a discussion on Florida Sunshine Law.
