Notice of Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors of the St. Johns County Education Foundation doing business as Investing in Kids (INK!) hosts regular meetings throughout the school year. The public is welcome to attend Board meetings to learn more about the programs, services, and resources INK! provides to St. Johns County public schools, students, and teachers and to offer public comment.

Meetings will be held via Zoom and in-person. When meetings are held in person, virtual access will be available to attend via Zoom.

September 2023 INK! Board Meetings

• The INK! Executive Committee will meet virtually only on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 8:00 am by Zoom.
  • Items on the Agenda include: proposed revisions to the INK! Bylaws, discussion of Florida Sunshine Laws, recent award of the Resiliency Through the Community Cycle 3 project to INK! from the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations and the Florida Department of Education.
• The INK! Finance Committee will meet virtually only on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 9:00 am by Zoom.
  • Items on the Agenda include a review of the 2022-2023 fiscal year independent audit, Resiliency Through the Community Cycle 2 and Cycle 3, and recent fundraising efforts.
• The INK! Board of Directors will meet virtually only on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 8:30 am by Zoom.
  • Items on the Agenda include a review of the 2022-2023 fiscal year independent audit, Florida Sunshine Laws, recent award of the Resiliency Through the Community Cycle 3 project to INK! from the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations and the Florida Department of Education, and recent fundraising efforts.
