The Board of Directors of the St. Johns County Education Foundation doing business as Investing in Kids (INK!) will host Board meetings and Committee meetings throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The public is welcome to attend INK! Board and Committee meetings to learn more about the programs, services, and resources INK! provides to St. Johns County public schools, students, and teachers and to offer public comment. INK! Board Committees
INK!’s Board of Directors is supported by several committees that provide focused oversight and leadership in key areas of the organization’s governance, financial stewardship, and strategic direction.
During the 2026–2027 year, the following Board Committees will meet throughout the year to support the work of INK! and its Board of Directors:
- Audit Committee – Provides oversight of INK!’s annual independent audit and financial reporting processes.
- Executive Committee – Supports organizational leadership and addresses governance and strategic matters on behalf of the Board as appropriate.
- Finance Committee – Provides oversight of INK!’s financial performance, budgeting, investments, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Governance Committee – Supports strong Board governance, including Board development, recruitment, policies, and organizational best practices.
Through the work of these committees, INK! remains committed to strong governance, accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us by our community.
