INK! Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors Agenda Items
- The INK! Board of Directors will meet in person on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 8:30 am at the St. Johns County School District Yates Building, Administrative Annex, Welu Conference Room, 47 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
- Agenda topics include: 2025-2026 current financials, proposed 2026-2027 budget, the establishment of an Audit Committee, and general fundraising activities the upcoming fiscal year.
- The Board of Directors will also hold elections for Board Officers (President, Vice President, and Treasurer) as well as Directors seeking to serve an additional term.
- Following the Annual business meeting, the INK! Board of Directors will host its annual Planning Workshop to discuss and plan activities for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
