Today is World Mental Health Day.
Today, October 10, is a day is to raise awareness of mental health and drive positive change in support of mental health.
A simple conversation can make a huge difference to someone who is struggling with their mental health. Check in with a friend, colleague, or family member, and show someone that they are not alone.
