Investing in Kids (INK!) is the education foundation for the St. Johns County School District, working in partnership with the District, educators, and the community to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. Since 1994, INK! has invested in innovative programs, resources, and experiences that support academic achievement, educator excellence, and student well-being across St. Johns County public schools.
INK!’s mission is to promote student success through community investment in education. We do this by funding and managing high-impact programs that meet students where they are and help them reach their full potential—from early literacy and classroom innovation to mentorship, scholarships, and character education.
Our programs include early literacy and family engagement initiatives, teacher recognition and classroom support, student mentorship and college readiness, needs-based and merit scholarships, and character development and leadership programs that build resilience and positive school culture. INK! also serves as a trusted steward for donor-directed funds, ensuring contributions directly support students and educators in meaningful, measurable ways.
Each year, INK! reaches thousands of students and teachers, leveraging public-private partnerships to address emerging needs and remove barriers to success. By aligning community support with educational priorities, INK! helps strengthen schools today while preparing students for a brighter tomorrow.
